When you originally picked up the car you were told that if you had any problems, don't hesitate to bring it back and we would fix any issues you might have. You called a week later and voiced your concerns to which you were told to bring the car in. Never did we lie, we told you to bring your car back in several times in the same phone call so we could fix whatever was wrong with your car and make things right. The whole conversation is recorded (all of our incoming phone calls are recorded) and several times throughout the phone call it was clearly stated that if you brought the car back, we would have no problem fixing whatever issues were had at no additional charge. You chose to not bring the car in, not communicate and not do anything about it and instead resort to leaving reviews without ever giving us the ability to right our wrongs. You never gave us the ability to fix our mistakes or work with you to make things better. Take some self responsibility and realize you had a perfect opportunity to work with a shop who was more than willing to help you. Let our reviews speak for themselves. We are not perfect and don't claim to be but we will always fix our mistakes and make sure customers are happy.

Hello Sam. We recently received your review and wanted to clarify some things. You had a plug blow out of the head. You were charged two hours of labor at our base labor rate of $127.95. It was not replacing a coil and plug. It was drilling out, rethreading, installing a new sleeve and then install a new plug and coil. We didn't take advantage of any situation as this is a standard time to perform this. To remove and replace a spark plug take .7 hours and would cost 109.38. That is the standard time dictated by Ford. IF we had simply replaced the plug without doing anything else, that would be unethical and dishonest. we went above and beyond, to ensure you didn't get stranded on the side of the road in the future. Further more we didnt change you for the insert kit ($30) we charged you for labor at a very fare rate. It took three days because we had other customers who made appointments dropping off and picking up cars. we take about 10-15 cars a day and worked you into our schedule.
