The Check Engine light came on while we were on a road trip through town and another shop sent us here. Kim & her team were amazing! They did their best to fit us in and did great work at a great price! Highly recommend for friendliness & professionalism!

KIM and CUTTING EDGE SAVE THE DAY: It was mid-Friday afternoon when the Check Engine light appeared on our older Volvo and we were due in Sedona the next day, so we were in a bit of a panic and called Cutting Edge. Kim answered, asked what our problem was, and told us to head over as soon as possible. We arrived and she pulled a fine mechanic, Chris, off another job and he did the diagnostics. It turned out to be a leaking fuel cap which Kim promptly ordered and we were on our way in less than an hour. This was our last of five nights in Santa Fe, and we left early the next day, but we often retell this story and it remains a very vivid example of competence and kindness found together far from home. I came in to Cutting Edge with a gas leak in my 2015 Volvo V-60. The leak was most apparent when the tank was full. That's pretty much what I told them when I dropped the car off. Tommy worked on the car and discovered that I had brought him an interesting problem. The car's Check Engine light was on because mice had chewed through the gas line coming out of (or maybe going into) the fuel pump. Tommy showed me photographs to illustrate what had happened. I think every auto-repair shop ought to have to show photos of damage, whatever it is. At Cutting Edge, this looks like standard operating procedure. The visit my V-60 made here wasn't cheap - but I felt like I got my money's worth.

Moved all the way across the country and brought my car in for work before we left. They fixed everything that was necessary to get over 1700 miles away! GREAT SERVICE! Kim was great at the front and Chad, the owner, amazing at checking in. When we move back to Santa Fe, this is our spot!!! Thank you Cutting Edge!!!
