Friendly, fast, great customer service! I had a check engine light, called and they were able to see me bright and early the next day. Diagnosed it and were able to fix and replace and refill all my fluids (differential, brake, power steering, transmission) and replace a vaccum hose by 3:30 because I had class @4. They went out of their way to accommodate me, they also shuttled me to and from my house. Kimberley the service manager is very great at her job, and gives excellent customer service. l had a significant mechanical issue with my older car, and lm very glad to get the chance to say what a professional and resourceful group that cutting edge turned out to be. It wasnt easy to find an acceptable part but the result is outstanding.

While in Santa Fe on business for several weeks, I had some issues with my truck that would have made it really dangerous to drive back to Tucson pulling my cargo trailer full of valuable art. I had to get back to Tucson to the VA hospital ASAP. A good friend suggested Cutting Edge as he has used them for years (I wasn’t about to start thumbing through the yellow pages, close my eyes and pick out just anyone to fix my truck). These guys and gals told me to come on in. Boy, did I make the right choice. These guys are as professional as it gets and were extremely courteous in every aspect. I sat there in the office for a while, walked 1/2 blk away for some lunch and my truck was done. They had several parts delivered quickly. This place really saved me. Been going to Santa Fe every August for over 30 years to do a major Antique Indian Art Show - never had vehicle issues before, but if I ever do again, you can be sure I’ll call the guys, Michael D. Cutting Edge has had a classic of mine for far too long. But that's not really an issue.. yet..... The most recent work on my 08 F350 was spot on! They got rid of a vibration that I've tolerated for two years and it had been addressed by two other shops with no success. In and out in no time. Thanks.
