I have repeatedly taken my Mercedes-Benz to my local Santa fe dealer where there's no loaner cars, ridiculous prices, misdiagnoses, and people trying to put you into another car "for the troubles", shaky service and gimmicks saying my car needs more done to it. Kim here at cutting edge now maintains my vehicles with a smile, no bullcrap, and she's even had my Benz dropped off to me when its fully serviced. This place deserves a 10 out of 5 in every category. Their prices are fair, they have the tools and equipment as well as the expertise that "Mercedes-Benz of Santa fe" lacks. I'm thankful to say that my car has been reliable since I've entrusted them. Mechanics in general suck to visit. I'm so thankful this shop makes it easy to deal with and goes above and beyond.
