Excellent, friendly customer service which is so important to me....very knowledgeable employees. After having just been at another reputable garage, my battery was about to die and should have been evident to the garage I'd been to. I could have been stranded someplace in the cold. I had planned on seeing Kimberly that day and told her I'd be late because my car would not start. Kim got me right in, pointed out the condition of my battery and got a new one installed. They even gave me a CLEAN loaner car to use while my car was being worked on. I am beyond impressed and will continue bringing my Subaru to them. The owner even reached out to me to welcome me to their family....wow....I've known Kimberly for awhile now and totally trust her so that's a plus...

Kimberly and Chris made a difficult situation with another repair shop, easy and thorough. Chris diagnosed the issue along with other things the other shop had not mentioned. Kimberly researched and found a part I was told from another shop was 60-90 days out, arrived within 10 days. All work completed, on time and with the price quoted, they even offered to deliver my car to me! The check engine light on my Mercedes ML 350 needed diagnosing and Cutting Edge was able to get me in the next day and could not have been more professional and courteous ensuring that I understood fully what the error code was and also doing a thorough review of the truck and finding that the brake fluid also needed to be replaced. These services were performed at a very reasonable price. All in all, an excellent experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cutting Edge Automotive again if I ever am in the Santa Fe area.

Let’s first start off with how professional Kim and the rest of the team is thank you. I bought used WRX and not long after did the engine blew. After researching and calling many places from Albuquerque to Santa Fe Cutting-edge was referred to me by a friend. Their prices were competitive with other places but there ability to get back to me in a timely matter their honesty and friendliness set them apart.
