Incredible experience. Kim and the team are so nice and forthcoming. I had purchased a used BMW and the previous owner did not mention any of the existing issues with the car. Luckily Cutting Edge Automotive was here for me in such a painful time. They made sure to treat me right and with honesty. Kim is the very best! She treats us like family and is so responsive. The shop is fantastic and the personal service makes all the difference. It almost gets to the point where I want my car to have issues just so I can go see them! However, my car usually doesn't have issues, because they do such a good job maintaining it for me!
