great, honest and gracious work

I was in desperate need of an honest opinion and transparent service.(something i felt was severe and possibly threatening being an old truck with 26000 miles, with the potential of being very costly/money I don't have to spend)Called 5+ places who claimed they were booked 2-4 weeks out. Got a hold of this team and they made a point to get me in within hours. I trust their work and humble honesty. This will indefinitely be the first place I go to for any future work. Highly recommend beyond most places

Very responsive to my needs. Very clear and what the approximate costs would be and followed with a call after they saw the car to confirm. Got the car completed as promised. Will definitely be back.

In May 2022, my truck overheated and I had it towed to this shop because of the excellent reviews. Let me tell you, folks: I'm glad I did. Turned out, the entire engine needed to be replaced, and my insurance company made the entire fiasco such a nightmare that it wasn't over until AUGUST, but the dudes at this awesome shop were ridiculously patient even when I wasn't anymore. They took the time to update me and fight tooth and nail with my less-than-excellent insurance agent to get the job done AND get it done perfectly. It's now been a few weeks since I picked up my truck, and it runs smoother, gets significantly better gas mileage, and overall feels smoother to drive over all. Plus, they found me a pretty young engine, so it's like I got a good 50,000 miles back that I'd already driven. 11/10, very highly recommend Colin and the guys here.

The new office team at Cutting edge is outstanding. I greatly appreciated the detailed emailed visual as well as verbal assessment of what my Subaru needed immediately as well as recommended additional service. I was also immensely grateful to the manager, Dawood (spelling?). for fetching and returning my car using his unicycle Although there was a lot of work to be done Tommy who over the years has worked on my Subaru ( I was so relieved he was still working at Cutting Edget) finihsed the job sooner than I expected and all seems to be in excellent running order now..
