Mary Carafelli here. I was recommended your service by a friend that sang your glowing praises. I was not disappointed. Each person I encounter appeared patient and supportive and way knowledgeable. My car was in for service within a day….. and even with a major snow storm, the repairs were completed by Friday, which was surprising and wonderful. I found myself last minute without a ride to pick up my car Friday afternoon, so I was going to wait until Monday. Happily for me you offer rides as such within Santa Fe for that very need. (A RIDE IN A TESLA!!! a bucket list moment.🤓) The car sounds good which helps bring me peace of mind. This experience was the best of my memory when it come to caring for my car! Thank you all again. Took my F-150 in that was showing check engine light. They diagnosed it within minutes and was able to fix my truck up same day, mounted my new tires too and it’s been running smooth since then. And the customer service is A+. The even took me to work and back to pick up my car. Definitely a 5 star auto shop.

The staff here are wonderful and deserve 5 stars! They fit me in their busy schedule in a time of need. They fixed my car window button so I didn’t have to drive home in bad weather conditions with the window stuck down. I am so grateful that they saved the day and I would highly recommend their work.
