I really appreciated the diagnostic format and communication used. It was really nice to have a priority list, video and pictures of what repairs were needed. I was hearing a Grinding noise that ended up being a water pump, and while you were replacing that we replaced a belt. Also, there was some steering wobble upon high speed breaking which required new rotors and pads. The repair time was estimated at three days, but I got a call the next day that it was complete. Your shop manager came to the shop on a Saturday so that I could pick the car up. And, this is after he already gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. I am very happy with the service and piece of mind. There is to my knowledge no other service of this caliber in Santa Fe. Thank you

I had some trouble due to a broken belt. They were able to take a look at it as soon as I got my car over there and gave me a fair price to replace the belts. My wife went there for a battery replacement a couple months before and they were also very quick -- did the work same day -- and very fair on the pricing. Would definitely go back.

I had an emergency with my radiator and I had driven through the canyon from Taos. This shop was recommended by a friend. The staff took me right away and were very accommodating, kind and helpful. Duwan was awesome and communicated very clearly the steps they were going to take to assess the situation. Not knowing anything about radiators, I felt put at ease as everyone seemed transparent and honest. They were able to find the part they needed in town and do the fix in a few hours which was great as I am not from town. A potentially very stressful situation turned into a smooth and easy fix. I do not think there was anything they could have done to make the service and experience better. Thank you!

This place is the greatest! I took my 98 Toyota Tacoma in last year for a fuel pump and was very pleased with their honesty and service. I recently had a separate minor issue with the truck and took the it in. Once again they were honest, kind, and efficient and had the truck back to me within an hour. I really appreciate them!

Cutting Egde Auto checked out my vehicle as soon as I dropped it off, where other shops told me it would be weeks before they could even take a look, much less order parts and carry out the repairs. The quote they gave me for parts and labor was fair and they delivered my vehicle earlier than I expected. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop.
