My recently acquired 2000 BMW z3 looks amazing but it didn’t feel great to drive. It was like any 20 year old car, not what I’d imagined a roadster would drive like. Plus, when I asked last minute if they could check out some other things, they happily included a free 360 full inspection without any commitment from me. They stayed in constant communication while they had my car and they didn’t do anything without my approval. They gave me a thorough list of necessary repairs and maintenance needs, with details and a separate estimate for each. They even indicated what the priorities were. They didn’t push me to do more than I could afford. Everyone I talked to was friendly and informative. And, now my 20 year old car is driving like a rock star. They definitely earned my trust on this initial visit.
