Santa Fe Auto Repair

When my Mercedes Sprinter camper van had a fire under the hood (from a rat's nest), I had it towed to the closest repair shop that worked on Mercedes. I was SO lucky that it was Cutting Edge. Teo was a great communicator and the repair by Mathew was flawless (got rave reviews from Mercedes Service in ABQ). When the van came home, I noticed a sharp whine that probably wouldn't bother most people but annoyed my sensitive ears. Cutting Edge took the van back, found the source of the noise and fixed it at no additional cost. These guys are the best.

I rolled into Santa Fe last night after a 14 hour drive and got the “stop engine! Coolant low” message on my Volvo xc70. My heart dropped because I was planning to travel around and explore a lot this trip before making the 14 hour drive back home. I texted Cutting Edge last night and they got back to me early this morning. They told me to bring it in despite their packed day and ran diagnostics and fixed my car on the spot. They made what could’ve been a majorly stressful situation into a pleasant experience and put my mind at ease that my car is in good shape safe to drive. Thank you ALL so much for working with me and putting my mind at ease so that I can enjoy my time out west. Forever grateful!
