Cuttingedge did a very nice job replacing an engine for us in Sept 2021. However, preparing to sell the vehicle now, find that on the invoice there is zero history of the replacement motor itself, and zero help from cuttingedge in retrieving any documentation thus far regarding it. We feel extremely disappointed, and are now wondering what it was we paid $9000 cash for, as we have not record. I would definitely recommend the mechanical services, but as far as the clerical, be advised to protect yourself, as this office was inept.

The service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. My brakes work smooth and effectively.

Alll around, Cutting edge service is by far the best I have had with any car I have owned. they get the job done and add in a few extras within the time appointed.

We've taken both of our cars in to get worked on and their team has done an excellent job, everytime. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how it will be done. I appreciate that they take the time to explain it to us in layman's terms. I trust them, and to me, that's as valuable as the important work that they do.

Had my truck towed to Cutting Edge early on a Sunday morning. Called Teo and was professionally reassured about 8 AM the next day. Teo let me know the shop phone was having trouble but he’d work to figure it out and have my truck taken care of. Must say Teo was extremely professional, understanding and made me at ease about the issue. Got a text from the shop they had fixed my issue (starter replacement) about 2 hours later and was reassured that me not being able to pick up the truck until the afternoon (due to work), was not a problem at all. Truck has been running cherry chingon since. Highly recommend Cutting Edge Auto!

PATHETIC- brought them a car as a project that was a running car. One Y E A R ( yes, an entire year ) later they gave up. brought it to Dr J auto in ABQ and the car was fixed in 2 hours. now, they worked on some other cars and that service wasn't bad but don't bring on any challenges. and don't call more then once in a row or some one will scold you. Nice enough people, serious lack of professionalism.
