Dishonest work, had put a body kit on my car. Which turned out it had a lot of alignment mistakes. Proceed to call them and have them lie to my face that pins and bolts could not be installed. Little do you know, I had installed the missing parts without a problem. They also did a horrendous job of reinstalling of parts, causing oil leaks, had chipped pieces off the body kit, and had ruined the placement of all hoses. Take your car to Abq if you want a decent job for body work at half the price 👍
When you originally picked up the car you were told that if you had any problems, don't hesitate to bring it back and we would fix any issues you might have. You called a week later and voiced your concerns to which you were told to bring the car in. Never did we lie, we told you to bring your car back in several times in the same phone call so we could fix whatever was wrong with your car and make things right. The whole conversation is recorded (all of our incoming phone calls are recorded) and several times throughout the phone call it was clearly stated that if you brought the car back, we would have no problem fixing whatever issues were had at no additional charge. You chose to not bring the car in, not communicate and not do anything about it and instead resort to leaving reviews without ever giving us the ability to right our wrongs. You never gave us the ability to fix our mistakes or work with you to make things better. Take some self responsibility and realize you had a perfect opportunity to work with a shop who was more than willing to help you. Let our reviews speak for themselves. We are not perfect and don't claim to be but we will always fix our mistakes and make sure customers are happy.
