My second and last visit to their shop. I was aggravated at the 300% part mark-up on the sensor they replaced (Part # T2H31268 anywhere from $90-$100). They charged us $300 included tax, on top of $180 diagnosis fee. These guys charge 165/hour labor, and a "$50 bogus supplies fee" Not even the dealership dare to charge that. And at dealership, at least you get a courtesy carwash. These guys returned my car full of dirt and mud in the driver's space, which kind of piss me off since I just had it detailed. We are not new to pay premium prices for servicing premium cars, but these guys just went too far. Not sure where I will service our cars in the future, but I do know where I won't. Be aware fellow drivers. We have to stop mechanic's abuse!! By the way, I wrote these guys first to let them know our concerns but they choose to ignore us, so we submitted a BBB complaint. We need to let them know, we won't let them get away with these business practices.
